Building Information Modelling lets us coordinate mechanical services in a detailed 3D model before anyone sets foot on site. Clashes between pipework, ductwork, and other trades are identified and resolved on screen, where changes cost minutes rather than days.
Our BIM workflow feeds directly into our in-house fabrication, so what is modelled is what gets built. At handover, clients receive accurate as-built models and asset data that make the building easier to operate and maintain for its entire life.
