IDA Parkmore
Parkmore Business & Technology Park is home to a diverse range of high-end manufacturing and international services clients, reinforcing its position as one of Galway’s key commercial and technological hubs. Our most recent project for the IDA was developed in direct response to the continued growth and increasing demand within this strategically important area.
The project comprised the delivery of a Grade A office and production facility extending to approximately 3,150 m², providing a modern, high-quality and future-focused environment designed to meet the needs of today’s businesses.
At the heart of the building’s mechanical services is an air-to-water heat pump system, providing an energy-efficient and sustainable source of heating and hot water. Within the office spaces, fan coil units provide precise and responsive temperature control, ensuring a comfortable environment for occupants throughout the facility.
All mechanical systems are integrated and managed through a centralised Building Management System (BMS), providing streamlined control, monitoring and regulation of the building’s services. This intelligent approach enhances operational efficiency while simplifying day-to-day management and maintenance, ensuring the facility continues to perform efficiently and reliably throughout its lifecycle.
