This impressive three-storey new-build development, situated on the lands of Phoenix Park, has been carefully designed to accommodate up to 1,000 students within a modern 11,265 m² educational facility.

The building’s heating requirements are served by four high-efficiency 160 kW gas-fired boilers, providing a reliable and efficient heat source distributed throughout the school via a combination of low-surface-temperature (LST) radiators and radiant panels.

A dedicated pipe-in-pipe natural gas installation supplies the specialist classrooms directly from the main gas grid. To enhance safety, the gas installation incorporates an integrated gas detection and proving system, ensuring that gas supplies are monitored and safely controlled.

The building is further supported by a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS), which can be accessed and controlled from the secretary’s office. This allows the school’s mechanical systems to be monitored, adjusted and managed efficiently, helping to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for students and staff while optimising energy performance.
